Vous êtes à la recherche d'un défi où vous pourrez combiner apprentissage et (première) expérience professionnelle ? Après 2 à 3 mois de formation intensive, en tant que consultant ServiceNow junior, vous travaillerez sur des projets clients et apporterez une valeur ajoutée en automatisant leurs processus métier sur la plateforme ServiceNow.

Tâches et responsabilités

  • Suivre la formation d'administrateur de la plate-forme ServiceNow et obtenir la certification.
  • Avoir une compréhension complète du flux d'affaires et des exigences avant de commencer à configurer la plate-forme.
  • Travailler directement avec nos clients (internes) (propriétaires de processus, utilisateurs clés, analystes d'entreprise) pour développer vos connaissances pratiques et avoir une compréhension totale du flux d'activités.
  • Après une première année réussie, vous aurez plus de responsabilités, comme devenir expert en la matière, gérer les projets des clients ou guider les collègues nouvellement embauchés.
  • Agir comme un véritable ambassadeur ASP de ServiceNow.

Comment se qualifier pour ce poste ?
L'attitude est plus importante que les connaissances. Bien sûr, grâce à votre formation, vous avez acquis des connaissances informatiques générales qui vous seront d'une grande aide. Mais ce qui fait vraiment la différence, c'est votre attitude analytique, votre esprit critique et votre créativité.

Poste idéal pour une licence ou un master en commerce, informatique ou ingénierie.

  • La collaboration avec les clients et les collègues vous motive.
  • Vous aimez réfléchir en équipe pour trouver des solutions efficaces et créatives.
  • Vous aimez apprendre et utiliser les nouvelles technologies et les plateformes innovantes.
  • Vous aimez vous plonger dans un produit pour en comprendre le fonctionnement.
  • Vous avez un fort désir de construire de nouvelles applications dont vous pouvez être fier.
  • Vous avez de bonnes capacités de communication en anglais et en néerlandais ou en français (ou les deux).
  • Vous avez de bonnes capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
  • Vous avez le sens du détail et pouvez travailler à la fois de manière indépendante et en équipe.
  • Vous prenez en considération les besoins de nos clients.
  • Vous êtes résistant au stress et vous n'avez pas peur d'un environnement au rythme soutenu.
  • La mobilité en Belgique est requise.
