Als tweetalige customer service advisor zal je verantwoordelijk zijn voor het beantwoorden van vragen van klanten uit verschillende delen van ons land tijdens de avond/nacht. Je zal moeten schakelen tussen het spreken van Frans en Nederlands om de klanten zo goed mogelijk van dienst te zijn. Je doet meer dan alleen klantenservice. De customer service advisor die we zoeken heeft:
- Een uitstelende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Franse taal;
- Een klant-is-koning-mentaliteit;
- Een talent voor multitasking want je wisselt regelmatig van klant en taken;
- Zijn stipt en sterk in de administratieve afhandeling dus PC-vaardigheid is een must
- Je bent beschikbaar tussen maandag en zondag en werkt tussen 7 uur en 23 uur.
