The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. Have experience within Data Centres, Gigafactories or Pharmaceutical warehouse construction. Key Responsibilities Liaise with key stakeholders to successfully deliver all aspects of assigned projects Develop and implement project execution strategies Prepare site logistics plans, including mobilisation and demobilisation activities Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules aligned with key milestones, coordinating with all trades and CSA works Develop and control project cost plans and budgets Review, approve, and implement project quality plans and procedures Review, approve, and implement Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) management plans Lead, manage, and motivate project construction and engineering teams Develop and agree submission and approval processes with clients and design consultants Plan, monitor, and manage material procurement schedules in line with programme requirements Select, appoint, and manage subcontractors and supply chain partners in line with project specifications Chair weekly internal, supplier, and subcontractor coordination meetings to ensure project performance Monitor project cost and revenue performance and issue weekly financial and progress reports Attend client and project management meetings as required Liaise with senior management of subcontractors and suppliers to proactively resolve project challenges Maintain ongoing coordination with client design teams and main contractor teams to ensure successful project delivery Develop and implement testing, commissioning, and handover procedures Essential Criteria Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar project management role Professional project management qualification or relevant trade qualification Proven CSA project management experience Strong understanding of applicable safety codes, standards, and regulatory requirements Experience conducting Health & Safety risk assessments and implementing control measures Demonstrated experience in vendor and subcontractor management, ensuring progress and performance targets are met Strong knowledge of project management principles with proven experience delivering data centre (DC) upgrade projects If you are interested apply now to have your CV reviewed.
