The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. Have experience within Data Centres, Gigafactories or Pharmaceutical warehouse construction.Key ResponsibilitiesLiaise with key stakeholders to successfully deliver all aspects of assigned projectsDevelop and implement project execution strategiesPrepare site logistics plans, including mobilisation and demobilisation activitiesDevelop, manage, and maintain project schedules aligned with key milestones, coordinating with all trades and CSA worksDevelop and control project cost plans and budgetsReview, approve, and implement project quality plans and proceduresReview, approve, and implement Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) management plansLead, manage, and motivate project construction and engineering teamsDevelop and agree submission and approval processes with clients and design consultantsPlan, monitor, and manage material procurement schedules in line with programme requirementsSelect, appoint, and manage subcontractors and supply chain partners in line with project specificationsChair weekly internal, supplier, and subcontractor coordination meetings to ensure project performanceMonitor project cost and revenue performance and issue weekly financial and progress reportsAttend client and project management meetings as requiredLiaise with senior management of subcontractors and suppliers to proactively resolve project challengesMaintain ongoing coordination with client design teams and main contractor teams to ensure successful project deliveryDevelop and implement testing, commissioning, and handover proceduresEssential CriteriaMinimum of 3 years' experience in a similar project management roleProfessional project management qualification or relevant trade qualificationProven CSA project management experienceStrong understanding of applicable safety codes, standards, and regulatory requirementsExperience conducting Health & Safety risk assessments and implementing control measuresDemonstrated experience in vendor and subcontractor management, ensuring progress and performance targets are metStrong knowledge of project management principles with proven experience delivering data centre (DC) upgrade projectsIf you are interested apply now to have your CV reviewed.
