Volgende taken staan centraal in de rol:

  1. Je begeleidt jouw team naar succes met coaching, training en een duidelijk doel voor ogen.
  2. Je vertaalt onze bedrijfsdoelen naar een heldere salesstrategie en weet deze effectief te implementeren.
  3. Je identificeert nieuwe markten en klantsegmenten in België en helpt jouw team om deze te veroveren.
  4. Je monitort de prestaties van je team en stuurt bij waar nodig om doelen te behalen en te overtreffen.
  5. Je neemt deel aan managementmeetings en werkt samen met interne en externe stakeholders om duurzame relaties op te bouwen.

Minimale eisen:

  1. Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in een commerciële omgeving, waarvan minstens 3 jaar in een leidinggevende rol.
  2. Bewezen strategische en people management vaardigheden, in staat om teams te coachen, te stimuleren, ontwikkelen en te laten presteren.
  3. Uitstekende communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden.
  4. Sterke leiderschapservaring.
  5. Commercieel, contractueel en financieel onderlegd.
