In collaboration with our R&D and innovation teams, you seek business development in your respective segment of Engineering Materials. You make your customer portfolio grow and ensure their satisfaction; in a nutshell, you contribute to the company growth strategy and have the opportunity to increase our circular solutions.
Your responsibilities:
- You define prospecting targets and develop new customer portfolio in your segment market (Electric & Electronics or Consumer & Industrial Goods) including: healthcare, sport & Leisure, home power tools, water management.
- You manage key customer relationships, including contract negotiations, closing deals (product choice, pricing, service), managing customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- You define and deploy commercial plans and activities. You develop forecasts at the appropriate level of accuracy to enable inventory management, financial performance, and service level achievement for key customers.
- You manage/support innovation, facilitate product launch, and coordinate the new application developments at the targeted accounts.
How will you get there:
You own a Bachelor degree in Business or equivalent, have international experience in sales, and speak fluently in English; other European languages are an asset.
You can demonstrate the following set of skills:
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of sales management methods and techniques.
- Working knowledge of customer service databases and tools.
- Awareness of Engineering Material products or Thermoplastic.
- Ability to think strategically and to lead.
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
