Context

More and more employers allow their employees to tailor their compensation packages themselves—within the legally permissible limits. This enables employees to make optimal choices, which may include options such as a bike, a smartphone, or other benefits. For this, they are seeking an A to Z partner. SD Worx supports these employers both legally and with practical implementation, integration with suppliers/payroll, and employee communications. Dedicated consultants and a support team assist clients with the rollout of such flexible compensation plans.

To support our growth, we are looking for a Comp & Ben Consultant for our Flex Income Plan™ team. Are you excited to join a team of experts passionate about flexible compensation and mobility solutions, where your commitment and expertise are also recognized?

Your responsibilities include:

Business Development

  • Identify market opportunities and help expand the client and product portfolio by building trust-based relationships with clients, being alert to additional needs, and cross- and upselling our product portfolio;
  • Focus on process optimization for clients and contribute actively to implementing improvements and innovations within our internal processes and client offerings.

Expert Role

  • Act as a project manager for client projects in the field of flexible compensation. Inspire, guide, and relieve clients of worries, advising them strategically, fiscally, and practically to help them place the right emphasis in their C&B policy and Flex Income Plan so they can tackle future challenges;
  • Implement the Flex Income Plan with a hands-on mentality; you are solution-oriented and provide added value to the client;
  • Translate client needs and processes into the best possible approach, putting the client and our best practices at the center. You ensure the correct setup/configuration of the Flex Income Plan™ in the web-based tool, in consultation with functional colleagues.

For Colleagues and the Team

  • Serve as a SPOC (single point of contact) for specific topics and facilitate knowledge transfer within the team. Ensure an optimal working environment and promote collaboration with other colleagues.
Your profile

We expect that you:

  • Preferably hold a master’s degree in law;
  • Have several years of experience in a reward, Comp & Ben, payroll, or consulting role;
  • Are proficient with digital tools and Windows applications (mainly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint);
  • Possess an analytical mindset and the skills to think in project and process terms.
  • Bring a consultancy attitude, with a client-centered mindset and excellent listening and communication skills;
  • Have an innovative and collaborative mindset;
  • Possess project management skills and the ability to lead client projects with various internal and external stakeholders;
  • Have a way with words for professional communication about various aspects related to flexible compensation;
  • Can work autonomously but are also a true team player, driven to achieve results with your colleagues;
  • Bring an entrepreneurial spirit and can identify, realize, and implement market opportunities into new products and/or services;
  • Are flexible enough to travel throughout Belgium;
  • Are fluent in French and English (knowledge of Dutch is a plus).
