Als Payroll & Time Expert ben jij DE persoon binnen het Payroll team die als expert optreedt in alle topics aangaande payroll en time: tijdsregels, tijdsregistratie en de tooling hiervoor, de vertaling van tijdsregistratie naar payrollverwerking, payrollberekeningen, postpayrollacties, de wijzigingen in wetgeving aangaande alle payroll & time gerelateerde topics en neem je deel aan alle projecten die hiermee gerelateerd zijn.
Jij neemt ook het initiatief om het team te informeren over relevante wijzigingen en lanceert zo nodig een change request om configuratie in het systeem aan te passen en/of initieert wijzigingen aan de huidige processen. Je helpt met complexe cases en neemt enkele specifieke taken op jou binnen het team.
**ONDER LEIDING VAN DE OPERATIONAL LEAD BEN JE VERANTWOORDELIJK VOOR**:
- meewerken aan payroll
- en time-projecten waarbij je optreedt als expert in de materie
- alle legale wijzigingen, sectorale en ondernemingsakkoorden op vlak van payroll en time opvolgen en changes initiëren op vlak van tooling, berekeningen, procedures
- testing van nieuwe functionaliteiten of wijzigingen aan het tijdsregistratiesysteem of payrollsysteem
- optimalisaties initiëren om onze werking te verbeteren binnen het team
- aanmaken en onderhouden van de nodige documentatie (werkinstructies, informatiedocumenten, matrixes...)
- deelnemen aan interne en externe payrollaudits
- contacten met diverse fondsen en instanties onderhouden en alle nodige betalingen en informatie voorzien
- postpayrolltaken mee opnemen (fiscale fiches, belcotax, correcties op BV opvolgen...) in samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat
- ondersteuning bieden bij inhoudelijke dossiers waar correcties nodig zijn
- de nodige kennis opbouwen en delen binnen het team aangaande internationale tewerkstelling
Om dit te doen, werk je nauw samen met de teamleads van het Payroll & Time team, de Operational Lead, het HRIS team, Comp. & Ben., Social Relations en het sociaal secretariaat.

**JOUW TROEVEN OM UIT TE BLINKEN IN DEZE FUNCTIE?**
- minstens 5 tot 10 jaar relevante ervaring en doorgedreven kennis van sociale wetgeving
- kennis van SAP HR is een must
- kennis van Microsoft Office-software (Word, Excel...)
- interesse in tooling en ‘tech savy’
- teamspeler, open en communicatief
- goed analytisch vermogen, administratief sterk, nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en gedocumenteerd met oog voor detail en een kritische ingesteldheid
- talenkennis: Nederlands/Frans
