Onze kracht hierbij ligt in het creëren van een unieke klantbeleving gecombineerd met een pragmatische aanpak om tijdens de implementatie het verschil te maken. rpc is in 2013 opgericht als joint venture tussen de BMW Group en H&Z Unternehmensberatung AG en is met meer dan 400 medewerkers vertegenwoordigd in tien landen. De Nederlandse divisie van rpc realiseert projecten voor diverse grote spelers in de retail en automotive sector. Momenteel zijn we op zoek naar een nieuwe collega die voor het eerste project de rol van L&D programmacoördinator binnen de BMW Group Training Academy op zich zal nemen. Je neemt deel aan trainingen op het gebied van Management, Sales, Customer Support, Product en Technologie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie/coördinatie & ontwikkeling van nieuwe en bestaande trainingen, de logistiek van onze trainingsprogramma's - met of zonder onze leveranciers. Dit betekent dat je betrokken bent bij trainingen van planning tot uitrol en evaluatie. In deze specifieke rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor: Planning: Ervaren in het maken van trainingskalender, gedetailleerde trainersplanningen voor het jaar inclusief coördinatie met de trainers Het organiseren van trainingen van A tot Z; van het informeren van dealers, het registreren van dealermedewerkers, tot het analyseren van de evaluaties en deze verwerken in de training. Opzetten van nieuwe trainingen; in gesprek met verschillende interne afdelingen bespreek je de trainingsbehoefte, brief je de trainers en plan je de training voor de betreffende doelgroep. Analyseren van de trainingsbehoefte bij de BMW Group dealerorganisatie. Aanpassen & coördineren van bestaande trainingen zodat de inhoud up-to-date blijft en voldoet aan de laatste kwaliteitseisen die we van BMW eisen. Het organiseren van evenementen, bijvoorbeeld rond de lancering van nieuwe producten voor de merken van BMW Group (MINI & BMW). Het ondersteunen van de BMW Group Manager Training Academy bij het uitwisselen van kennis, ervaring en best practices met de andere markten binnen het BMW trainingscluster (Nederland, België/Luxemburg en Scandinavië). Je bent een multifunctionele L&D professional en sterk in plannen, uitvoeren en het altijd op de hoogte houden van je stakeholders. Je bent een persoon die graag samenwerkt, vragen stelt, assertief en eerlijk is. Je vindt het leuk om alles en iedereen samen te brengen en je hebt een sterke motivatie en drive waardoor je onder druk kunt werken. Je overtuigende communicatieve vaardigheden stellen je in staat om onze visie op de juiste manier te vertalen en te implementeren. Afgeronde HBO of WO opleiding in een voor de functie relevante richting; Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring op het gebied van Learning & Development; Uitstekende kennis van de werking van een leer- en ontwikkelacademie, inclusief maar niet beperkt tot stakeholdermanagement, uitgebreide trainer/klant/deelnemers/leverancierscoördinatie, projectmanagement; Uitstekende kennis van het werken met een leertechnologie, d.w.z. een LMS, inclusief rapportage & datamanagement. Uitstekende kennis van zowel Nederlands als Engels (Duits is een pré); Ervaring met het werken binnen een internationaal team; Bereid om af en toe te reizen naar andere landen (Duitsland, België of Scandinavië).
