Joining their team means becoming part of a respected, independent consultancy known for deep market knowledge and a steadfast client-first approach.Your Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a strategic advisor to corporate clients throughout their office search, lease negotiations, and relocation processes.Safeguard tenants' interests by reviewing lease agreements, analyzing market conditions, and negotiating the most advantageous terms.Understand each client's business goals and workspace requirements to deliver tailored real estate solutions.Build and manage your own portfolio of corporate clients, fostering long-term relationships rooted in trust and performance.Collaborate closely with internal experts and external partners to deliver end-to-end tenant advisory services.Stay up to date with market trends, rental benchmarks, and new opportunities to provide clients with informed, strategic recommendations.Your ProfileYou are fluent in Dutch and French; English is an advantage.You hold a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or equivalent experience and have (or can obtain) IPI/BIV accreditation.You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in sales, real estate, or a related field.What Our Client OffersA high-earning potential — top-performing Tenant Representatives can easily reach annual incomes of up to €150,000, thanks to recurring business and high-value transactions.Strong brand recognition, quality inbound leads, and access to premium corporate clients, enabling you to focus on advising and negotiating.A flexible, entrepreneurial work environment that rewards initiative, autonomy, and results.The opportunity to represent prestigious real estate projects across some of Belgium's most desirable locations.A competitive commission structure that directly reflects your performance and success.
