Voor één van onze klanten, zijn wij momenteel op zoek naar een Real Estate Legal Advisor met expertise in vastgoedrecht. Je komt terecht in een organisatie met een zeer uitgebreid en divers vastgoedportfolio, waar je een directe impact hebt op de kwaliteit en veiligheid van alle vastgoedtransacties.Over de klantOnze klant is een grote, gevestigde organisatie in België met een aanzienlijk vastgoedportfolio dat actief wordt beheerd en ontwikkeld. De organisatie hecht veel waarde aan professionaliteit, samenwerking en kwaliteit in alle vastgoeddossiers en biedt een dynamische werkomgeving met zichtbare impact op de dagelijkse operaties. Wat houdt de functie in?Je fungeert als juridisch aanspreekpunt binnen het vastgoedteam en ondersteunt hen bij verschillende commerciële en operationele dossiers, waaronder:Het onderhandelen en juridisch bewaken van voorwaarden met externe partijen (huurders, verhuurders, kopers, verkopers,...)Het opstellen, nakijken en opvolgen van vastgoedcontracten: van verkoop- en aankoopdocumenten tot (commerciële) huurovereenkomsten en andere relevante aktenHet voorbereiden van volmachten, interne documenten en juridische correspondentieHet opzetten en beheren van dossieromgevingen voor vastgoedtransactiesHet uitvoeren van juridisch onderzoek bij o.a. geschillen, eigendomsrecht, erfdienstbaarheden, mede-eigendom en stedenbouwkundige aspectenHet bewaken van relevante wetgeving rond vastgoed, milieu en ruimtelijke ordeningHet onderhouden van contacten met interne stakeholders en externe partijen, zowel op kantoor als op locatieWie we zoeken?Een paralegal of gelijkwaardige opleiding met minimaal drie jaar ervaring in vastgoedrecht, notariaat, advocatuur of een aanverwante omgevingNauwkeurig, gestructureerd en communicatief sterkKlantgerichte professional die vlot schakelt tussen verschillende dossiersTweetalig FR/NL vanwege nationale scopeLocatie: Brussel - nationale functie met verplaatsingen binnen België waar nodigDuur: Projectfunctie van 2 tot 3 jaarBen of ken je iemand die enthousiast wordt van een brede juridische rol binnen een professionele vastgoedcontext?
