Nous sommes en recherche d'un Conversation Designer Chatbot & Voicebot FR pour rejoindre l'équipe de l'un de nos clients. Quelles sont vos responsabilités? Concevoir, valider et optimiser en continu des conversations chatbot et voicebot en français Garantir la cohérence du tone of voice, la clarté et l'orientation client Revoir, améliorer et monitorer les flux scriptés et réponses générées par IA (LLM / RAG) Gérer et maintenir la base de connaissances alimentant les solutions d'IA générative Définir et documenter des scénarios de test pour les parcours conversationnels Planifier et coordonner les tests avec les agents du contact center Collaborer avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires pour améliorer la performance et la qualité des conversations Quelles sont les compétences recherchées? Indispensables Français natif ou quasi natif Bonne connaissance du néerlandais ou de l'anglais Expérience confirmée en conversation design chatbot et/ou voicebot Solides compétences en copywriting orienté clarté et efficacité client Bonne compréhension du conversational UX et du design de flux Approche structurée et orientée qualité (tests, validation, documentation) Intérêt marqué pour les systèmes IA et l'automatisation conversationnelle Atouts Connaissance de base du Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Familiarité avec Azure et/ou Microsoft Copilot Studio
