Your mission You will be at the heart of the action, working on transactions that matter to founders, CEOs, and investors across Belgium. You will draft and negotiate the documents that shape deals, from term sheets to closing agreements, and guide clients through every legal step of their capital raises, acquisitions, and exits. You will dive into legal due diligence, help structure deals, and make sure every transaction runs smoothly from first meeting to final signature. You will help design stock option plans and incentive schemes, making a real difference for management teams. You will collaborate with financial experts and entrepreneurs, learning from every deal and seeing the direct impact of your work. Who you are Master's in Law with 3+ years in Corporate/M&A at a top-tier firm. French speaking, fluent in English (Dutch is a real plus). Entrepreneurial mindset, you want to build, not just execute. Strong negotiator and strategist, comfortable with client leadership. Ambitious, pragmatic, and collaborative (a real team player). Admission to the American Bar is a real plus.
