Your function As a Mid-level Associate, you will support a diverse clientele including developers, investors, and contractors. Assist clients on the drafting and negotiation of complex construction and fit-out agreements Advise on project development structures, infrastructure, and industry projects Work with FIDIC and other sector-specific contract models Provide strategic input on joint venture and funding structures Support dispute resolution and litigation related to construction and development conflicts Liaise directly with clients, ensuring pragmatic and legally sound advice Collaborate closely with colleagues across practice areas and jurisdictions Contribute to knowledge sharing and internal training within the team Your profile You have 2 to 5 years of experience in real estate, contract law, or litigation You hold a Belgian Master of Laws degree with strong academic credentials You are fluent in Dutch with excellent command of English (French is an asset) You have outstanding legal drafting and analytical skills You are business-oriented and solution-minded You are comfortable managing multiple files and deadlines You enjoy working in teams and are empathetic and reliable You are eager to develop your expertise within a demanding and stimulating environment What is in for you Our client offers the opportunity to join a top-tier law firm active in high-level real estate and construction matters, both in Belgium and internationally.
