In this role, you will collaborate with a product owner to analyze epics and business features, enabling strategic goals through actionable insights and business cases. You will act as a crucial link between stakeholders, developers, and management to shape the roadmap and ensure implementation success.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business needs and processes via workshops, interviews, and data analysisTranslate business requirements into user storiesSupport the development of business cases and conduct impact assessmentsCollaborate with development teams to implement tailored solutionsTrack progress and evaluate effectiveness of process changesBridge business and transformation office departmentsIdeal ProfileBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field3–5 years of experience in business analysis and process optimization within the insurance industryMinimum 5 years of total experience in insuranceStrong proficiency in process modeling and user story writingSkilled in stakeholder management and communicationFluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written); French is a plusRequired SkillsAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilitiesExperience with stakeholder analysis tools and techniquesProactive and collaborative working styleSolid understanding of insurance processes
