Il doit assurer d'une part au Franchiseur: l'utilisation optimale des ressources dans l'acquisition de nouveaux points de vente ou le maintien du parc existant la mise en place de la stratégie et des politiques définis par la Direction sur la rentabilité des franchisés Et d'autre part au Franchisé: un suivi optimal de sa rentabilité et de son free cash flow Responsabilités Le Conseiller Financier au sein de Carrefour Belgium a également les responsabilités suivantes : Analyser les résultats des franchisés Préparer les dossiers pour les comités financiers et assurer le suivi des décisions Participer activement au comité d'attribution et au comité d'expansion Conseiller les directeurs régionaux sur les aspects financiers et comptables Analyser et approuver les plans financiers Aider les franchisés pour l'obtention des garanties bancaires Déterminer la valeur des affaires à reprendre (fonds de Commerce et/ou valeur des actions) Revoir les plans d'exploitations prévisionnels Master en économie ou ingénieur de gestion Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en finance Bonne connaissance du français et du néerlandais Synthétique, analytique et rigoureux Orienté résultats Bonne organisation Orienté client et affinité commerciale Sens de la relation, communicatif, conseiller et persuasif Chez Carrefour, nous voulons attirer et retenir des personnes - de toutes générations et de tous horizons, chacun avec son expérience.
