What you'll do
- Follow-up of Finance & Insurance monthly KPI’s together with the Sales Managers of the different Retail sites/brands.
- Support, coach & train the Sales Advisors in order to achieve the KPI’s.
- Escalate potential (pricing - or technical) issues to the Sales Managers.
- Ensure compliance with existing Finance & Insurance policies & procedures.
- Working in close collaboration with the Finance & Insurance lead.
- Solve pending approval issues with the concerned finance company.
- Contact customers to sell our financial products.
Who we're looking for
- You are fluent in French, Dutch and English (MANDATORY).
- You have obtained a Bachelor degree in a financial domain.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in (commercial -) insurance work.
- You are FSMA certified (or are willing to become certified in a short period of time).
- A former experience in Automotive is a real asset.
- You have a commercial mindset and good communication skills.
- You are accurate, solution-oriented and proactive.
- You are flexible and a real team player.
- You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
