**Your Role as Financial Controller**
As the senior finance controller in Belgium, you will:
- **Lead all financial operations**: budgeting, monthly closings, financial reporting, and audits
- Ensure **compliance with tax, VAT, payroll and statutory regulations** in Belgium
- Be the **go-to financial advisor** for management and support strategic decisions
- **Drive cost control** and process improvements across departments
- **Promote internal controls** and ensure compliance with company policies
**What You Need to Bring**
- **7+ years** of experience in Finance/Controlling
- **Fluent in Dutch and English** (French is a plus)
- **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** in Finance, Accounting, or similar
