This position is based in Zaventem, within a financially mature international energy group active in large-scale infrastructure and renewable energy projects. The organisation employs ±200 professionals locally and operates in a capital-intensive environment with multi-million-euro project budgets. You will work closely with operations and project teams to steer performance in a Business Controller role built around ownership, visibility, and progression. What you will do as Business Controller Own performance follow-up for your scope, delivering clear cost, margin, and variance analyses Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, supporting structured steering of projects and operations Build and maintain KPI frameworks, ensuring consistent performance monitoring Prepare and consolidate monthly performance reports, highlighting deviations, risks, and trends Clear scope. Strong structure. A pure Business Controller role. Who this Business Controller role is for 3 to 7 years of experience as a Business Controller, Controller, or in audit with clear controlling exposure Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field Dutch is required; English and French are a strong plus Offer €60,000 to €75,000 gross per year, aligned with experience and responsibility A company car or mobility budget, ideal for commuting to Zaventem An annual performance bonus, linked to results and contribution Meal vouchers (€8 per day), group insurance, and hospitalisation insurance, ensuring financial security beyond salary Hybrid working and flexible hours, combining autonomy with on-site collaboration Exposure to complex energy and infrastructure projects, strengthening your profile and experience Clear development path, positioning you for senior Business Controller or finance leadership roles over time A structured, international environment, where finance standards are high and your input is expected If this resonates, feel free to apply and have a confidential conversation with us.
