**About the role**:

- Collaborate with users and stakeholders to transform needs into actionable requirements.
- Build together with our business stakeholders a product vision and roadmap, aligned with our stakeholder’s aspirations and expectations.
- Develop with out business stakeholders a business case to demonstrate value and get prioritization for new business initiatives.
- Design with colleagues Product Owners and Business representatives a quarterly delivery plan to submit for discussion and review to the management team.
- Manage the quarterly delivery plan, manage backlog, prioritize features, and oversee every stage of development.
- Actively participate and promote the agile way of working and supervise various project/development stages.
- Conduct community research and analyze user requirements to drive product enhancements.**What we're looking for in you...**:
**Mission-Driven**: You will oversee the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring it meets Stakeholders' needs and preferences.**Innovative Visionary**: Define the product roadmap and add substantial value through your innovative ideas.

**Stakeholder Management & Collaboration**: Act as the bridge between Development and Stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

**Agile Expert**: Leverage your Agile expertise to manage the product backlog and guide our development team effectively.

**Tech Enthusiast**: Stay ahead of the curve by researching market trends and the latest technologies.

and

**Master's degree** in computer science, engineering, or related field.

2 to 4 years of experience in the **telecom sector or Agile SCRUM environments.**

Proficiency in **Dutch** (oral and written) - **French** proficiency is a plus.

Strong knowledge of Agile processes, **product development architecture**, and **design quality standards.**

**Exceptional communication skills** and **stakeholder management** expertise.
