The headquarters-level team fosters collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional growth.Your new roleAs Senior Controller, you will play a key role in financial planning and analysis at the European headquarters level. Your responsibilities include:Preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsSupporting budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple entitiesPerforming variance and margin analysis and identifying key business driversCollaborating with operational teams to provide financial insights for decision-makingEnsuring compliance with internal controls and corporate standardsActing as a business partner to senior management, contributing to strategic initiativesThis position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.Your profileTo succeed in this role, you bring:A Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in controlling, FP&A, audit, or similar analytical rolesProven experience in large international companies, preferably at HQ levelExposure to production or industrial environments is a strong assetFluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plusAdvanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systemsStrong communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to influence stakeholdersWhat you'll get in returnYou will join a global organization that values innovation and collaboration.
