Your new role As Senior Controller, you will play a key role in financial planning and analysis at the European headquarters level. Your responsibilities include: Preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple entities Performing variance and margin analysis and identifying key business drivers Collaborating with operational teams to provide financial insights for decision-making Ensuring compliance with internal controls and corporate standards Acting as a business partner to senior management, contributing to strategic initiatives This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment. Your profile To succeed in this role, you bring: A Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field At least 5 years of experience in controlling, FP&A, audit, or similar analytical roles Proven experience in large international companies, preferably at HQ level Exposure to production or industrial environments is a strong asset Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems Strong communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to influence stakeholders What you'll get in return You will join a global organization that values innovation and collaboration.
