Senior Controller
Hays is partnering with a leading international player in the medical sector to recruit a Senior Controller. As Senior Controller , you will play a key role in financial planning and analysis at the European headquarters level. Preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Performing variance and margin analysis and identifying key business drivers
Collaborating with operational teams to provide financial insights for decision-making
Acting as a business partner to senior management, contributing to strategic initiatives
This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
A Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in controlling, FP&A, audit, or similar analytical roles
Proven experience in large international companies, preferably at HQ level
Exposure to production or industrial environments is a strong asset
Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems
