The organisation employs ±200 professionals locally and operates in a capital-intensive environment with multi-million-euro project budgets. You will work closely with operations and project teams to steer performance in a Business Controller role built around ownership, visibility, and progression.What you will do as Business ControllerOwn performance follow-up for your scope, delivering clear cost, margin, and variance analysesLead budgeting and forecasting cycles, supporting structured steering of projects and operationsBuild and maintain KPI frameworks, ensuring consistent performance monitoringPrepare and consolidate monthly performance reports, highlighting deviations, risks, and trendsClear scope. Strong structure. A pure Business Controller role.Who this Business Controller role is for3 to 7 years of experience as a Business Controller, Controller, or in audit with clear controlling exposureMaster’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related fieldDutch is required; English and French are a strong plusOffer€60,000 to €75,000 gross per year, aligned with experience and responsibilityA company car or mobility budget, ideal for commuting to ZaventemAn annual performance bonus, linked to results and contributionMeal vouchers (€8 per day), group insurance, and hospitalisation insurance, ensuring financial security beyond salaryHybrid working and flexible hours, combining autonomy with on-site collaborationExposure to complex energy and infrastructure projects, strengthening your profile and experienceClear development path, positioning you for senior Business Controller or finance leadership roles over timeA structured, international environment, where finance standards are high and your input is expectedIf this resonates, feel free to apply and have a confidential conversation with us.
