Finance & Insurance Sales Agent

Your role will consist out of the following:
- Your main focus will be cold calling in order to sell our financial products to customers.
- Therefore you will work in close collaboration with the Finance & Insurance lead.
The remaining part will be a mix of activities such as:
- Follow-up of the monthly KPI’s together with the Sales Managers of the different Retail sites/brands.
- Support, coach & train the Sales Advisors of Toyota, Lexus, BYD and BravoAuto in order to achieve the KPI’s.
- Escalate potential (pricing - or technical) issues to the Sales Managers of Inchape Retail Belgium.
- Ensure compliance with existing Finance & Insurance policies & procedures.
- Solve pending approval issues with the concerned finance company.
**Profile**
- You have obtained a Bachelor degree in a financial domain.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in (commercial -) insurance work.
- You are FSMA certified (or are willing to become certified in a short period of time).
- A former experience in Automotive is a real asset.
- You are fluent in French, Dutch and English.
- You have a commercial mindset and good communication skills.
- You are accurate, solution-oriented and proactive.
- You are flexible and a real team player.
- You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
