**The Finance & Insurance Manager acts as the single point of contact for any topic relating to Insurance and Financing activities for New and Used vehicles. She/he will also need to coordinate all main stakeholders to maximize F&I performance within the proper compliance landscape.**
**The responsibilities for this role include - without limitation - the monitoring of the dealer network performance, the identification of the key levers to maximize the F&I penetration, the definition of the commercial offer, the negotiations and relations with the key insurance and financing partners.**
**This role requires a high level of autonomy as well as project management capabilities to ensure proper implementation of local and global initiatives. Strong communication skills are also expected to allow proper transparency through regular meetings with the local and Global Management, and with local F&I partners.**
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- **Monitoring of the performanc**e
- Set up targets for the dealer network in collaboration with the Business Performance department and manage all corresponding incentives
- Develop and maintain a set of dashboards to support the dealer network in managing their performance
- Provide ad-hoc analysis to the local and group management in order to support the decision-making process
- **Commercial offer and interactions with business partners**
- Identify and maintain relationships with the key Financing and Insurance partners
- Initiate negotiations on pricing with the partners to maximize competitive advantage
- Identify new products / solutions to be offered to the customers
- Liaise with the region to identify best practices in terms of commercial offers to be implemented locally
- **Support of the network**
- Provide support and guidance to the Network to maximize the F&I penetration
- Lead quantitative and qualitative analytical work that unlocks business insights and drives sound decision-making on key business issues
- Facilitate regular F&I products and services trainings to Sales Executives
- Coordinate the follow-up of the network performance and the action plans with the Regional Sale Managers
- Support the network in building the most appropriate commercial pitch to improve the Insurance and TCM Financing penetrations (Trade Cycle Management).
- **Project management**
- Coordinate the implementation of all global and local initiatives in terms of F&I solutions and products
- Identify opportunities in terms of commercial and process efficiencies and ensure timely implementation
- **Compliance**
- Monitor the compliance of the network in terms of FSMA
- Ensure compliance with the ICS (Internal Control Standards) for all F&I activities
**Profile**
- Min. 5 years experience at a leasing company
- Can work autonomously
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Able to level with multiple stakeholders
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English
- Capacity to synthetize complex ideas
- Flexible and proactive
