This role is ideal for a dynamic Manager with deep expertise in finance organization design, operating model development, and go-to-market strategies. Pivotal role in shaping our service offerings, engaging with clients to drive transformation. Key Responsibilities Design and refine Deloitte’s finance transformation offerings, including finance organization strategy, target operating model design, and value delivery frameworks. Identify emerging trends in finance and operating model design to ensure our solutions remain innovative and market-guiding. Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the finance transformation practice, aligning with Deloitte’s broader growth objectives. Build relationships with key decision-makers, leveraging your network to identify opportunities and secure engagements. Represent Deloitte in client interactions, industry forums, and positioning the firm as a trusted partner in finance transformation. Manage complex finance transformation projects, from strategy through implementation, with a focus on creating scalable, future-ready finance organizations. Collaborate with senior client stakeholders (CFOs and finance leadership teams) to co-create operating models that align with business strategy and drive operational excellence. Ensure seamless delivery of engagements, managing cross-functional teams to achieve client objectives and deliver measurable results. Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams to drive innovation and excellence in client engagements. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and diversity within the practice. Let’s Talk About You 7–14 years of experience in finance transformation, operating model design, or similar roles within consulting or industry. Deep expertise in designing finance organizations, including structure, governance, process optimization, and technology enablement. Strong understanding of finance capabilities such as FP&A, accounting, treasury, and shared services, along with enabling technologies like ERP, EPM, and automation tools. Demonstrated experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, including service offering design and business development. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with senior finance leaders and drive consensus on complex transformation initiatives. Results-oriented mindset with proven success in delivering value across diverse and global environments.
