Voor haar locatie op Brussels Airport (Zaventem) is de organisatie op zoek naar een (Junior) Rental Sales Agent die energie haalt uit klantencontact, graag verantwoordelijkheid opneemt en wil meegroeien binnen een internationale onderneming. De Rental Sales Agent maakt deel uit van een hecht en dynamisch team dat dagelijks instaat voor een professionele, vlotte en klantgerichte service aan reizigers van over de hele wereld. Jouw takenpakket als (Junior) Rental Sales Agent: Verwelkomen en adviseren van nationale en internationale klanten Opstellen, beheren en afsluiten van huurovereenkomsten Actief aanbieden van aanvullende producten en diensten (upselling) Correct verwerken van reservaties en contracten in het systeem Beantwoorden van vragen en oplossen van praktische of administratieve problemen Samenwerken met collega's om een vlotte dagelijkse werking te garanderen Het ideale profiel als (Junior) Rental Sales Agent: Is klantgericht, communicatief sterk en commercieel ingesteld Drukt zich vlot uit in Nederlands, Frans en Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk) Heeft interesse in sales, dienstverlening en internationale klanten Is stressbestendig en voelt zich comfortabel in een dynamische luchthavenomgeving Beschikt over een rijbewijs B Heeft een eerste ervaring in sales of customer service, of is gemotiveerd om als junior te starten Het aanbod als (Junior) Rental Sales Agent: Een competitief salaris tot € 40000 op jaarbasis aangevuld met een maandelijkse commissie en extralegale voordelen Een uitdagende functie in een internationale en dynamische werkomgeving Een grondige opleiding en begeleiding op de werkvloer Doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen een internationale groep Een unieke werkplek op Brussels Airport (Zaventem) Niet de job die je zocht?
