En tant que Project Leader Assets Transformation, vous jouerez un rôle décisif en concrétisant des projets d'innovation et de digitalisation. Votre mission: transformer les ambitions stratégiques en réalités opérationnelles, pour un réseau électrique plus sûr, plus intelligent et plus durable.

Votre mission : créer un impact concret

Piloter des projets qui façonnent l'avenir

  • Identifiez les besoins critiques du département Assets et structurez des projets qui auront un impact tangible sur le réseau électrique de demain.
  • Définissez des plannings et gérez les budgets pour des projets stratégiques au cœur de la transformation énergétique.
  • Mobilisez des équipes multidisciplinaires pour atteindre des objectifs ambitieux.

Accélérer la digitalisation du réseau

  • Mettez en œuvre des projets d'innovation avec les équipes IT et métiers pour rendre nos opérations plus intelligentes et connectées.
  • Proposez des solutions stratégiques avec des business cases robustes pour appuyer la prise de décision.

Accompagner les équipes dans le changement

  • Développez des plans de communication et de formation pour que chaque collaborateur devienne acteur de cette transformation.
  • Garantissez une coordination fluide avec d'autres projets interdépendants pour maximiser l'impact.

Fédérer et collaborer avec des parties prenantes clés

  • Communiquez efficacement avec des équipes internes (Assets, IT), des partenaires commerciaux, les syndicats et d'autres parties prenantes.
  • Faites de la transformation une aventure collective portée par la collaboration et la confiance.
Votre profil: un catalyseur de changement
  • Vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets, avec une forte composante digitale et IT.
  • Vous possédez d'excellentes aptitudes en gestion de projet, gestion du changement et stakeholder management.
  • Vous savez motiver et fédérer des équipes autour d'objectifs communs.
  • Vous avez une affinité avec la digitalisation, l'analyse business et les méthodologies projet (Scrum Agile, Prince2, PMP).
  • Vous êtes bilingue français/néerlandais avec une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais.
  • Flexible, autonome et orienté(e) solutions, vous êtes prêt(e) à relever des défis stratégiques.
