Elia heeft een belangrijke rol in de realisatie van de energietransitie. Decarbonisatie, decentralisering, internationalisering & digitalisering dwingen ons om sneller te schakelen dan ooit tevoren. De manier waarop we werken binnen het Assets-departement moeten we transformeren. 

Als Project Leader zal je instaan voor de uitvoering van deze transformatie, met bijzondere aandacht voor de operationalisering van de digitaliserings- & innovatieprojecten binnen Assets. 

Specifiek omvat deze functie volgende taken: 

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de bedrijfsvereisten, de planning en het budget van je project(en). Je leidt de projectteams zodat ze als een hecht team samenwerken, en competent en gemotiveerd zijn om de projectdoelstellingen te realiseren zoals gepland. Je staat in voor de aspecten die betrekking hebben op het change management (communicatieplan, impactanalyse, opleiding, coördinatie met andere projecten die samenhangen met je project(en)).  Je bereidt SteerCo's voor en leidt deze. Je communiceert vlot en rapporteert op gepaste wijze over de projecten, zodat alle stakeholders de informatie hebben die ze nodig hebben om hun taak binnen het project te vervullen. Je stelt indien nodig een sterke business case op om de beslissingen te ondersteunen.

Functievereisten

Je hebt minimum 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in projectmanagement.  Je kunt omgaan met een complexe en snel veranderende omgeving. Je hebt zeer goede communicatievaardigheden. Je bent goed in stakeholdermanagement. Je stakeholders zijn externe partners, de vakbonden, departementen van het bedrijf (Assets, maar ook andere), IT & Group Innovation. Ervaring in de energiesector of een 'Operations & Maintenance'-organisatie is zeker een pluspunt. Je hebt affiniteit met digitalisering, bedrijfsanalyse, change management & IT.  Je hebt ervaring met Scrum Agile-, Prince2- of PMP-methodologie en dat is zeker een pluspunt. Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Je bent autonoom, flexibel, positief, gepassioneerd en proactief. Je kunt een projectteam aansturen en motiveren. Je kunt goed organiseren en plannen (inclusief het organiseren van besluitvormingsprocessen).
