Het autobedrijf dat op zoek gaat naar een Service Advisor is een concessie dat zijn merk volledig vernieuwd en voorzien heeft van de nieuwste technieken. Het niveau van de brand weerspiegelt zich in de service van hun gepassioneerd team. Ze streven er gezamelijk naar hun klanten een delighted gevoel te bezorgen. De installaties zijn steeds up-to-date en de medewerkers volgen de technische innovaties op de voet. Hiermee beantwoorden ze aan de verwachtingen van de meest veeleisende klanten. Maar genoeg over het bedrijf. Laten we het over jou hebben Als Service Advisor ben je gepassioneerd door de automotive en staat een topservice op maat van de klant voor jou op 1 Jouw takenpakket? Met je passie voor automotive zie je de autoshowroom als je tweede thuis en ontvang je de klanten met de glimlach. Jouw doel: de klant gelukkig maken met een service op maat voor al hun technische vragen. Met je planning- en organisatietalent loopt het atelier op wieltjes en zorg je mee voor een rendabele werking. Voor jou is een geïnformeerde klant er 2 waard. Je bezorgt hen een correct en gedetailleerd bestek en houdt hen op de hoogte van de voortgang van de werkzaamheden. Met je punctueel en nauwgezet karakter kan je een goede dosis administratie wel appreciëren: je zorgt mee voor de facturatie en afhandeling van de klantendossiers. Je bent van mening dat problemen er zijn om op te lossen. Je gaat dan ook met plezier op zoek naar een gepaste oplossing bij eventuele klachten. Wie ben je? Je weet je vlot uit te drukken in het Nederlands en het Frans en af en toe haal je ook je Engels even boven om zo de verschillende klanten service te verlenen in hun eigen taal. Vanuit je aantoonbare kennis en/of ervaring binnen automotive beschik je over de nodige autotechnische knowhow om als specialist ter zake de klanten te adviseren en hun vragen te beantwoorden. Je legt de lat graag hoog voor jezelf op vlak van klant- en servicegerichtheid. Er gaat niks boven een tevreden klant Je bent iemand die geen problemen maar oplossingen ziet. Een administratief talent dat houdt van nauwkeurig werken. Je werkt georganiseerd en kan prioriteiten stellen. De termen "communicatief", "stressbestendig" en "weerbaar" staan op jouw lijf geschreven. Je bent flexibel en krijgt de kriebels van "een 9 to 5 mentaliteit", zaterdagwerk schrikt jou niet af.
