Functieomschrijving Deze internationaal actieve industriële groep behoort tot de absolute referenties binnen haar domein. Met meerdere productiesites verspreid over Europa, duizenden medewerkers en een uitgesproken groeistrategie bevindt de organisatie zich in een fase van verdere schaalvergroting en professionalisering. Binnen deze context is kwaliteit geen ondersteunende dienst, maar een strategische hoeksteen van het businessmodel. Food safety, compliance en reputatie zijn rechtstreeks verbonden met het succes van de groep. Om deze pijler verder te versterken, wordt gezocht naar een Group Quality Director die visie, structuur en leiderschap brengt op groepsniveau. In deze rol bepaal je de koers van het kwaliteitsbeleid voor alle sites. Je bouwt een uniform, toekomstgericht framework uit dat gedragen wordt door elke plant, elk team en elke manager. Je opereert op directieniveau en fungeert als strategische sparringpartner voor operations, R&D en het executive management. Wat ga je doen Je ontwikkelt en bewaakt de globale kwaliteits- en food safety strategie over alle productiesites heen. Je vertaalt wetgeving, klantverwachtingen en groeiplannen naar uniforme standaarden, processen en KPI's . Je stuurt de kwaliteitsverantwoordelijken en QA-teams aan op groepsniveau en bouwt één gedeelde kwaliteitscultuur uit. Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor certificeringen, audits, compliance en risicobeheer in een internationale context. Je adviseert directie en operations over investeringen, prioriteiten en verbetertrajecten met impact op reputatie en performantie. Je hebt behoefte aan Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in een relevante richting (bio-ingenieur, voeding, chemie of gelijkaardig). Je hebt ruime ervaring in een senior kwaliteitsrol binnen een industriële of voedingsomgeving. Je combineert strategisch denken met operationele voeling en begrijpt hoe kwaliteit op de werkvloer wordt gerealiseerd. Je hebt ervaring met change management en weet complexe organisaties mee te nemen in nieuwe structuren. Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Je bent besluitvaardig, analytisch sterk en comfortabel in een rol op directieniveau. Belangrijke voorwaarden Bruto jaarsalaris tot €130.000 , afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring.
