De Functie In deze rol ben je de spilfiguur tussen de interne organisatie en externe business partners. Je waarborgt dat de kwaliteitsstandaarden niet alleen behaald, maar ook continu verbeterd worden. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: Kwaliteitstoezicht: Je ondersteunt het management bij het toezicht op Quality Operations voor externe partners. Compliance & Risicobeheer: Je zorgt voor continue naleving van regelgevende vereisten en voert proactief risicobeheer uit, inclusief het opstellen van mitigatieplannen. Operationele QA: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de review en goedkeuring van kritische QA-processen zoals Change Control en Deviation Handling. Cross-functionele Samenwerking: Je werkt nauw samen met R&D, Operations, Procurement en Regulatory Affairs om de strategie voor leverancierskwaliteit uit te voeren. Ambassadeur van Kwaliteit: Je vertegenwoordigt de bedrijfswaarden en ethische normen (het Credo) in alle contacten met leveranciers. Jouw Profiel Om succesvol te zijn in deze ondersteunende maar cruciale rol, herken je jezelf in het volgende: Expertise: Je hebt ervaring binnen Quality Assurance, bij voorkeur gericht op Supplier Quality of externe productie. Kennis: Je bent vertrouwd met relevante wet- en regelgeving binnen de Life Sciences sector. Communicatie: Je bent een bruggenbouwer die vlot communiceert met zowel lokale als globale teams (JSC organisatie). Mentaliteit: Je werkt accuraat, bent ethisch integer en krijgt energie van samenwerken in een technische, multidisciplinaire omgeving (EHS, TechOps, etc.). Talen: Een uitstekende beheersing van het Engels is essentieel; kennis van het Nederlands is een sterke troef voor de lokale samenwerking.
