In the role of Functional Application Analyst, you will have the opportunity to undertake a job opportunity within an international organization in the FinTech sector, dealing with major clients operating in the Wealth Management Business industry.
Responsibilities- Work closely with our clients mainly active in the Private Client Wealth Management space.
- Provide consultancy services to our clients to assist in the implementation of our products.
- Describe how the product should be configured to support the client's (re-engineered) processes.
- Together with our clients and the Chief Business Consultants, define and analyse business requirements and processes to create the best solutions for the needs of our clients in the area of wealth management, CRM, order processing & digitalization. Present these enhancements to the Objectway product management board and work with the development team to implement the best possible solution.
- Advise our clients on strategic choices they face during the implementation or usage of eXimius.
- Organize and participate in regular customer review meetings.
- Act as the 2nd line subject matter expert in resolving customer requests and issues in collaboration with involved parties.
- Train and support client's staff.
- Monitor customer adoption and satisfaction and report on it to management.
- Identify opportunities for up-sell and additional services.
- Previous professional experience (4 years or more).
- Degree in (Business) Economics or IT, or equivalent through experience.
- Knowledge of banking systems like PMS, Back-Office, Order Management is essential.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft platform (SQL server, ...).
- Familiarity with the banking industry, particularly wealth management, or digitalization in this area. Interest and passion towards these topics would be a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Eager to travel when required.
- Team player, flexible, accurate.
- Excellent time management and organization, deadline-focused, 'get things done' mentality.
Nice to have:
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Dutch/French are appreciated.
