(Junior) Performance Management Consultant

Overview To further expand our team, we are looking for a (Junior) Financial Performance Management Consultant with a focus on financial reporting, consolidation and planning. Successful candidates show a great interest in management reporting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting and planning as well as an eagerness to implement software solutions supporting the office of the CFO. You will join our Performance Management Competence Center, a highly respected team with in-depth knowledge in all aspects of supporting the various financial reporting and planning processes with market-leading software solutions. Your role Your role offers you the opportunity to develop and expand your knowledge while collaborating with and learning from experienced colleagues. You will work across a variety of exciting customer environments. You will receive adequate training where you will have the opportunity to learn a to work with leading technologies from our portfolio of performance management solutions, such as CCH Tagetik, Prophix, Vena, SAP Analytics Cloud and Anaplan. Working closely with our clients, you will guide them through the entire implementation process — from facilitating requirements analysis, design, and build phases to go-live and beyond — including defining future enhancements and delivering user training. Your profile Our PM (Performance Management) Competence Center is well known in the Belgian market and highly respected for its in-depth knowledge of financial consolidation, management reporting and planning. element61 is a market leader in helping customers to implement and run their financial reporting processes more efficiently using various leading software solutions such as SAP (EPM), CCH Tagetik, Vena Solutions, Prophix and Anaplan. Detail on the function You will be surrounded by the most experienced CPM colleagues that will guide and support you to work on financial reporting projects at the customers’ premises or at our offices. You will get the opportunity to get acquainted with various businesses and industries in which you will contribute to the user requirements gathering, the design, modelling & implementation leading CPM solutions. Responsibilities Participating in requirements gathering workshops Developing the functional and technical design, as such meeting the specific customer context and requirements Implement performance management solutions together with a team of skilled peers and with the customer Engage with the customer to organize and participate in knowledge transfer and training of end-users Guide and coach customers throughout the implementation process up to the acceptance and go-live Participate in knowledge sharing and development, creation and exchange of best practices You recently graduated and hold a university degree in finance and/or accounting, economics or a similar discipline. You are interested in the domain of financial planning and analysis. You are eager to learn how to implement a leading financial planning tool. You have good presentation and interpersonal skills. You combine excellent communication and listening skills and demonstrate leadership capability within a business context. You possess strong conceptual, methodical and analytical capabilities. You are a problem-solver and can easily adapt to a fast-paced and challenging environment. Fluency in English and French or Dutch is favourable.
