What you'll do

**Strand Associates Consulting** is a recruitment and consultancy agency, based in Braine-l'Alleud and Antwerp, for companies looking for expertise in the fields of Pharmaceutical Affairs, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, Finance & Legal. As an **HR Consultant**, you will be part of the division that covers the areas of Human Resources, Finance & Legal. This division is constantly evolving and the demand from our clients is growing every day

We offer our consultants an exciting experience with hands-on involvement in a **variety of projects**, allowing them to learn first-hand about different aspects of human resources; recruitment, payroll, talent management, employer branding and many more.

As **Junior L&D consultant**, you’re actively involved in the development of employees. You're responsible for the planification, implementation and supervision of the trainings.

In collaboration with the Training Manager and the training Coordinator, you implement training projects for employees and some of its subsidiaries.

**This translates concretely into activities such as**:

- Analysis of training needs by target audience and determination of development objectives,
- The selection of the appropriate learning method, the most relevant suppliers and training,
- Writing the training sheet, posting it on our training platform and distributing it to the right target audiences,
- Writing invitations and managing the training communication/marketing via our training platform,
- Follow-up of registrations, reports and quality monitoring (evaluations/feedback).

Who we're looking for

**Your profile**:

- A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- **2 to 3 years’ experience** in Learning & Development projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiar with LMS (knowledge of Cornerstone is a plus) & digital learning
- Experience with stakeholder management
- Have a thorough understanding of training processes
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Team spirit
- Sense of ownership
- Autonomous
- Native in French or Dutch with strong knowledge (written oral) of the other language - English is an asset
