De afdeling Operations is verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie van alle strategische en operationele activiteiten van de 61 rusthuizen en 17 assistentiewoningen van emeis in België en Luxemburg. De afdeling Operations, geleid door twee Head of Operations (Vlaanderen & Wallonië-Brussel), coördineert, evalueert en ontwikkelt de activiteiten van de regionale afdelingen van de groep in België. Op die manier zorgt het ervoor dat de doelstellingen worden bereikt en dat de operationele strategie wordt nageleefd.

Als Head of Operations Assistant, speel je een cruciale rol in de administratieve en organisatorische ondersteuning van de dagelijkse activiteiten. Voor deze functie zoeken wij iemand georganiseerd en proactief, die meerdere taken tegelijk kan uitvoeren.

  • Je beheert de agenda met de organisatie & planning van vergaderingen, afspraken en evenementen.
  • Je stelt professionele documenten op zoals rapporten, presentaties, e-mails en memo's.
  • Je beheert de dossiers en documenten van de afdeling en zorgt ervoor dat ze georganiseerd en toegankelijk zijn.
  • In het kader van je functie bezoek je ook af en toe residenties in Vlaanderen, Wallonië en Brussel.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de interne en externe communicatie van de afdeling Operations.
  • Je werkt in nauwe samenwerking met andere afdelingen (met name het Finance team).

Wat heb je allemaal in je mars?

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma in Office Management/Administration of gelijkaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden en je bent een multitasker.
  • Je beschikt over sterke schriftelijke en verbale communicatievaardigheden.
  • Je hebt een goede beheersing van Microsoft Office-tools.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt initiatief.
  • Je spreekt vlot Frans en Nederlands.
  • Je hebt aandacht voor detail.
  • Je gaat met confidentiële materie om.
  • Je haalt je deadlines.
  • Ervaring in een administratieve ondersteunende functie en in de zorgsector zijn pluspunten.
