YOUR ACTIVITIES : Strategy: You analyze, suggest and implement a business strategy based on the economic market situation of your region. You are responsible for the financial growth of your agency by : 1. Effectively deploying the agreed upon strategy 2. Monitoring financial profitability of your agency 3. Defining objectives, KPI's and action plans for you and your commercial team Business : · Identify key clients, prospect them, understand their business needs and present them with our services and solutions in a qualitative way. · Build long-term business relationships by earning trust amongst our customers (and consultants) and identify further business opportunities through regular follow-up. · Keep an open eye for market evolutions and adapt action plans accordingly. Management : · Recruit, manage and grow your commercial team of Business Managers. Lead them to success. · Recruitment of consultants that you will add to your team and help them evolve throughout their careers at Klanik. You will be responsible for their personal fulfilment at Klanik as well as at the customer. · Turn consultants as well as customers as true Klanik ambassadors. · Stay in touch regularily with your own consultants as well as candidates. PROFILE : · You hold a Master's degree · You have a first experience in the world of consultancy or good knowledge of the IT service industry · You are ambitious and want propel your career by managing your own agency with great autonomy. · You have good knowledge of the local market and you are perfectly trilingual (NL/FR/ENG) Also : · You are bold, fierce and entrepreneurial · You are passionate by human interactions · You wish to drive your own ecosystem by developing your own business model to achieve success We promise you : · A high-paced and dynamic environment where we allow people to evolve fast in their career · A fun working environment filled with passionate people · A company culture based on authenticity, focus on well-being and performance. · A competitive salary with uncapped commissions based on performance.
