Our Brussels-based subsidiary, Cream Consulting, works with major clients in banking, insurance, telecommunications, energy, public services, and transport. As part of our growth, we are looking for an IT Business Analyst with strong expertise in the banking sector. This role targets professionals with experience in banking or financial environments, capable of understanding industry challenges, regulatory constraints, and specific business processes. Your Mission As an IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying business needs, translating them into functional solutions, and supporting their implementation while ensuring alignment between business processes and organizational objectives. Your responsibilities include: Communicating with stakeholders to understand their needs Translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications for IT teams Analyzing the impact of requested changes Performing gap analysis between existing (as-is) and target (to-be) processes Designing and documenting target (to-be) processes Defining the testing strategy and overseeing test phases Coordinating and ensuring communication between all stakeholders Participating in change management and deployment activities Adapting to complex and regulated client environments, particularly within the banking sector Profile Required Essential Skills Proven experience in business analysis or process analysis Strong knowledge of the banking sector (as investment, transactional fraud, cards, payments, KYC, etc.) Ability to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results Versatility, adaptability, and strong communication skills Structured, creative, and pragmatic mindset Proficiency in French and English; Dutch is an asset Additional Assets Knowledge of project management methodologies (Prince2, PMI, Agile...) and related tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Enterprise Architect, Balsamiq, Clarity...) Experience with business process modelling tools (Aris, Visio, Camunda, UML...)
