We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Brand Manager to drive the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies across a selection of our brands in the BeLux region. This role is instrumental in translating global brand strategies into impactful local initiatives, leveraging omnichannel engagement, customer insights, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize value for patients and healthcare professionals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Reporting directly to the Business Lead, the Brand Manager BeLux key areas include the following:

  • Develop and execute local brand strategies and tactical plans aligned with the global brand strategy and adapted to the specific needs of the BeLux market;
  • Lead cross-functional brand teams to identify business opportunities, generate customer insights and develop innovative solutions that drive sustainable growth;
  • Adapt and localize global key messages, promotional materials and campaigns into impactful omnichannel customer engagement strategies while ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies;
  • Plan, coordinate and execute product launches, marketing campaigns, congress activities and educational initiatives in close collaboration with Commercial, Medical and Patient Access colleagues;
  • Integrate digital engagement channels, analytics and customer insights into brand plans to optimize customer experience and maximize business impact;
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, sales performance and customer feedback to identify opportunities and continuously improve brand performance;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, patient organizations and other relevant external stakeholders;
  • Support the implementation of brand strategies and key messages together with the field teams to ensure consistent and effective customer engagement;
  • Collaborate closely with global and regional teams to ensure alignment and sharing of best practices across markets;
  • Manage external agencies and vendors, ensuring high-quality execution of projects within agreed timelines and budgets;
  • Monitor brand performance through relevant KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to optimize return on investment and business outcomes;
  • Secure that all business operations are conducted in compliance with all applicable rules, laws, regulations and company policies.


QUALIFICATIONS


  • Higher education degree (Bachelor or Master) in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Business or a related discipline;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical brand management, product management or a similar commercial role;
  • Experience within rare diseases is considered a strong asset; experience in nephrology or hematology is a plus;
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate complex scientific information into actionable business plans;
  • Proven project management skills and experience working effectively in cross-functional teams;
  • Strong digital mindset with experience leveraging omnichannel marketing approaches and data-driven decision making;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Fluency in English is required; Dutch and/or French are strong assets;
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications, digital marketing platforms and CRM systems. xlxgzvr
