Product & Marketing SpecialistAbout the roleWe are looking for a Product & Marketing Specialist to support product management, marketing activities, and public tender processes across the BENELUX region. This role blends office-based coordination with occasional field visits, ensuring smooth operations, strong customer relationships, and impactful campaigns. Reporting to the Sales Manager BENELUX, you'll work closely with sales, marketing, regulatory, and supply chain teams.What you'll doProduct Management & OperationsKeep product information (descriptions, visuals, documentation) up to date across systems and materials.Coordinate product launches and ensure teams and customers have timely, accurate information.Support compliance and documentation processes.Prepare and manage dossiers for public tenders and contracts.Work with supply chain and sales to ensure product availability and clear communication.Marketing SupportCreate and distribute marketing assets such as brochures, presentations, and newsletters.Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns.Monitor campaign performance and provide reports with actionable insights.Customer & Field SupportVisit hospitals, pharmacies, and specialist departments in BENELUX to support sales and gather feedback.Act as a link between customers and internal teams for product and marketing requests.Spot market trends and opportunities to strengthen product positioning.Reporting & CollaborationTrack KPIs for product and marketing performance.Serve as a key contact point between product, marketing, and sales teams.Handle requests for product and marketing information from internal stakeholders.About Planet Pharma:Planet Pharma is an American parented Employment Business/Agency that provides global staffing services with its head-quarters in Chicago and our EMEA regional office located in Central London.
