The Sales Manager will have the following responsibilities :
- Define and implement the company's commercial strategy in alignment with growth objectives.
- Identify priority markets, customer segments and development opportunities.
- Identify and win new key accounts across target markets.
- Personally
- Lead, coach and develop a team of sales professionals.
- Support the team through field coaching, customer visits and business development activities.
- Act as a change leader and help elevate commercial capabilities across the organisation.
- Ensure effective reporting and performance monitoring.
