Platform Engineer Position We're seeking a skilled Freelance Platform Engineer to collaborate with our team in building a cutting-edge data platform. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and setting up our new Databricks-based data platform using Terraform, CI/CD principles, and security best practices. This individual will work closely with our platform architect and data engineers to ensure the platform is secure, automated, and scalable. Our ideal candidate should have extensive experience with Terraform, Azure, and Databricks infrastructure. They should also possess excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of DevOps principles. Key Responsibilities: Designing and implementing a scalable and secure Databricks-based data platform using Terraform and CI/CD principles Collaborating with the platform architect and data engineers to ensure the platform meets security and scalability requirements Maintaining and upgrading the platform to ensure it remains secure and efficient Required Skills: Terraform expertise Azure infrastructure knowledge Databricks experience DevOps principles understanding What We Offer: A dynamic and collaborative work environment where you can grow professionally and make a significant impact on our data platform.
