Your next challenge: Pluxee aims to accelerate the transformation of its business through the implementation of strategic initiatives and IT solutions under a Global program called Convergence. To that end, Pluxee seeks an experienced IT Program & Delivery Manager to build, track, execute, and deliver the Convergence roadmaps in key countries. Reporting directly to the Convergence Director, and with Global/Local teams, this pivotal role is responsible leading the successful delivery of a complex, multi-project program aimed at accelerating company strategy. The IT Program & Delivery Manager will lead a multidisciplinary team of experts to assess current architectures, systems & processes, and lead the execution and successful delivery of the Convergence Program, made of interdependent projects across Finance, IT, Payment, Product and more. In coordination with the Senior Convergence program manager & the Convergence IT PMO, He/she act as a bridge between the technical teams and stakeholders (including senior management, and other external parties), ensuring clear communication, alignment of objectives & delivery timelines. What you'll be doing: • Roadmap Assessment & feasibility study: Identify and onboard the local network of project managers on the convergence / group ways of working and methodology Collect and document all projects related to the group convergence. Identify potential gaps between the current state and target solutions. Manage dependencies. Proactively identify potential roadblocks and develop strategies to address them. Communicate findings and proposed adjustments on scope, timelines, budgets, and key dependencies to the Convergence Team. Collaborate with the PMO to refine and update the roadmap based on on-site assessment results. Ensure that all adjustments are documented and communicated effectively to relevant stakeholders. Plan and schedule the delivery process, including defining project scope, milestones, and timelines of the convergence roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives, identifying the dependencies. Provide support and methods to team members to ensure that they have the skills and methodology they need to complete their tasks. • Execution Planning: Mobilize resources across various business functions (architecture, finance, IT, payment, marketing, etc.) required for project execution. Ensure availability and commitment of teams for the agreed-upon work scope. Coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion. Ensure that the group objectives and guidelines are clearly and regularly shared to team members, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines. Serve as the primary point of contact between the program teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication of program goals, progress, and challenges. Serve as escalation point for project issues that may arise. • Program Delivery & Oversight: Mobilize resources across various business functions (architecture, finance, IT, payment, marketing, etc.) required for project execution. Ensure availability and commitment of teams for the agreed-upon work scope. Coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion. Ensure that the group objectives and guidelines are clearly and regularly shared to team members, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines. Serve as the primary point of contact between the program teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication of program goals, progress, and challenges. Serve as escalation point for project issues that may arise. Coordinate the execution of the different projects of the agreed convergence roadmap. Monitor and manage projects progress against established plans, schedules, and milestones. Proactively address issues and risks that may impact project delivery, implementing corrective actions as necessary. Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, achievements, and challenges. Ensure that local committees are in place. Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements throughout project execution. Establish clear quality standards and criteria that the project must meet. These standards are based on internal requirements on convergence programs, industry best practices, and regulatory guidelines. Drive a culture of continuous improvement by implementing lessons learned and best practices into future project initiatives. You're a match: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. 6+ years of professional experience in complex international Program and/or Delivery Management roles. Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe or similar certification is a plus. Key Competencies: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Effective time management to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, Results-oriented with a bias for action and continuous improvement. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Collaborative approach with capacity to interact with various types of profiles within the organization. Adaptability and resilience in a rapidly changing tech environment. Visionary mindset with the ability to see beyond immediate challenges. Passion for technology and its potential to drive business transformation.
