ERP System Manager Our organization is seeking an experienced ERP system manager to oversee the implementation and optimization of our enterprise resource planning system. As an ERP system manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that our system is operating at maximum efficiency and effectiveness. About the Role You will be responsible for managing and improving data quality, including loading and updating data via Access. Monitoring data integrity and ensuring compliance. Providing user support and following up on support cases. Documenting processes, creating user guides, and delivering demos. Managing users and licenses for ERP and related tools. Supporting reporting and documentation of system functionalities. Collaborating on customizations and system improvements. Requirements A degree in industrial or civil engineering, preferably with knowledge of production logistics or financial management. Fluency in Dutch and English; French is an asset. Proven experience with ERP systems, ideally including Glovia, as well as Power BI and Access. Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Excellent multitasking abilities and organizational skills. A confident and collaborative personality, able to build trust with stakeholders.
