Project Support Specialist – Mons, BelgiumNATO CLEARANCE REQUIRED We are seeking a Project Support Specialist to join our client, a key partner to NATO, providing critical administrative and financial support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.The Project Support Specialist will assist with project and financial management activities. This freelancer full-time, on-site position running from 16 March 2026 to 31 December 2026 in Mons, Belgium.Key Responsibilities:Support the creation and lifecycle management of Purchase Requests (PR) and Internal Requests (IR) via the EBA system.Manage receipting and work confirmations to facilitate invoice payments within EBA.Track project team hours and assist with project management activities using ServiceNow (SNOW).Prepare and manage onboarding documentation for third-party contractors.Create and manage NATO CIS accounts for third-party contractors and oversee related processes.Skills & Experience Required:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Minimum 3 years’ experience with financial systems, preferably EBA for IT products/services.At least 2 years’ experience with resource management systems like SNOW or similar platforms.Familiarity with NATO operations or equivalent governmental/military experience.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Knowledge of NATO financial and resource management applications (EBA, SNOW).Location: Mons, BelgiumWork Arrangement: Full-time, on-siteSecurity Clearance: NATO SecretThis role is ideal for professionals looking to leverage their expertise in financial and resource management while contributing to projects that support NATO.Apply now to join a team that values excellence, innovation, and high-impact work or email lydia.wills@church-int.com
