Onze klant in Anderlecht en actief in de gezondheidszorg zoekt een ervaren HR BP die bouwt aan een kwalitatieve relatie met het management én de medewerkers.

Omschrijving:

  • Je bouwt en onderhoudt een kwalitatieve vertrouwensrelatie met het management: je ondersteunt, adviseert, daagt uit en coacht rond de toepassing en implementering van HR-beleid en processen
  • Je begeleidt medewerkers tijdens hun hele loopbaan, van onthaal en integratie tot ontwikkeling en vertrek
  • Je formuleert voorstellen om HR-processen te verbeteren, zodat het beleid aansluit bij de visie van de organisatie en de dagelijkse werking
  • Je werkt samen met interne stakeholders om een positieve impact te creëren binnen de organisatie

Profiel:

  • Je bent proactief, gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht
  • Uitstekende communicatie- en analysevaardigheden behoren tot jouw sterktes
  • Je hebt een masterdiploma en minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als HR BP of in verschillende HR-domeinen
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van sociale wetgeving
  • Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatie in het Nederlands en Frans
  • Mensgerichtheid, empathie en het vermogen om prioriteiten te beheren zijn belangrijke aspecten van jouw persoonlijkheid
  • Je werkt graag in een veranderende omgeving en deelt jouw kennis en best practices met anderen
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office en interesse in IT
