Als IT Service Support Medewerker zorg je ervoor dat onze collega's altijd kunnen rekenen op goed werkende IT-systemen en -apparatuur. Je bent de held die technische problemen oplost en ervoor zorgt dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Wij hebben ook een kantoor in Brussel waar je af en toe IT support voor doet. Je maakt deel uit van een internationaal IT-team, waar jij zelfstandig zal werken vanuit Breda.

Het werk bestaat uit:

  • Je installeert en configureert hardware zoals laptops, mobiele telefoons, printers en apparatuur voor vergaderruimtes.
  • Je helpt bij het voorbereiden van systemen, applicaties en apparatuur voor gebruik.
  • Je bekijkt en verwerkt meldingen van problemen.
  • Je beheert het systeem waar collega's IT-problemen melden (ticketregistratie). Je lost de problemen op en houdt het systeem bij.
  • Je voert preventieve (beveiligings)controles uit in samenwerking met het internationale IT-team.
  • Je zorgt dat alle IT-apparatuur goed werkt door het bestellen, installeren en instellen van hardware.
  • Je helpt collega's met hun dagelijkse IT-vragen.
  • Je hebt contact met IT-leveranciers over problemen en meldingen.

  • Een kilometervergoeding van €0,23 per km voor maximaal 35 km (enkele reis) per bezoek aan de werkplek.

Jouw skills

Wij zijn op zoek naar een proactieve en enthousiaste collega. Je neemt graag initiatief en blijft rustig onder druk, waarbij je zowel zelfstandig als in een team kunt werken. Daarnaast ben je flexibel en klantgericht, met een goed analytisch vermogen en de wil om steeds bij te leren en jezelf te verbeteren.

  • Je hebt een MBO-diploma, bij voorkeur in IT, ICT of iets vergelijkbaars.
  • Het is een pluspunt als je ervaring hebt als ICT-medewerker of IT servicedeskmedewerker.
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor 32 tot 40 uur per week.
  • Je kunt goed communiceren in zowel Nederlands als Engels.
  • Het is handig als je in de buurt van Breda woont.
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs.
