Account Manager Our business partner is a respected IT security specialist with extensive expertise across Europe. We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to support our strong growth in Belgium, focusing on developing the company's presence among large Smbs and small enterprises. Key Responsibilities: Developing and managing a customer portfolio in the large SMB and small enterprise segments Identifying, qualifying, and winning new customers (new logos) Driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities with existing accounts Acting as a trusted advisor for customers on Microsoft security topics Building and maintaining a strong and healthy strategic relationship with Microsoft Belgium Aligning commercial activities with Microsoft's Go-To-Market priorities Collaborating with internal technical teams to build relevant customer proposals Key Skills: Proven experience in IT Sales, software solutions, or cybersecurity Strong commercial drive and ability to build long-term relationships Excellent communication and negotiation skills Able to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Profile: Trilingual: French, Dutch, and English Knowledge of Microsoft solutions is highly desirable.
