Your Job As an SAP PS Senior Manager you will be a key member of our Benlex SAP Practice and work closely with global SAP experts, the project system consulting group, finance, and controlling colleagues. You will lead the SAP PS Subject Matter Expert (SME) team, guiding functional and technical expertise in SAP PS and delivering on project definition, scope, execution planning, delivery, closure, analytics, portfolio prioritization, and performance monitoring. You’ll also support Accenture’s global methodologies and assets, including RISE with SAP, Generative AI, and S/4HANA transformation frameworks. Responsibilities Business Development – Shape a business roadmap by engaging with clients to translate Portfolio & Project Management process needs into a comprehensive re‑invention journey. Client Delivery – Implement SAP solutions on challenging projects: define, analyze, and implement business processes, configure SAP, integrate, test, and guide deliverables toward go‑live. Grow and Share Expertise – Lead knowledge sharing, brownbag sessions, and certifications to keep the team’s skills market‑relevant. Translate innovation into project system processes and partner with technology experts. Collaborate in the Community – Contribute to the internal dynamics of the organization for recruitment, team building, staffing, mentorship, and career development. Qualifications Interpersonal Skills and Mindset Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Experience managing high‑stakes projects and engaging major clients. Will thrive in a dynamic matrix environment. Open to travel as part of project assignments. Technical Proficiency and Cultural Awareness Strong analytical skills; ability to translate complex business requirements into SAP configurations. Proficiency in the SAP platform and its ecosystem. Passion for innovation and keen cultural awareness. Education and Experience 5‑10 years of IT and business consulting in SAP projects. Extensive exposure to SAP PS delivery. At least 1 year experience in account and project delivery management. Minimum bachelor’s degree; master’s preferred. Fluency in Dutch and English. Experience in a global delivery model. Proven ability to build relationships with middle and senior client management.
